Our client, a leading logistics company is seeking a Business Implementation Manager to join their team.

Job type: Permanent Position – on site

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support business/sales organization during tender/RFQ process related to customer integration from a business perspective
  • First point of contact for local business and sales organization
  • Responsible to collect documentation and test files from customers
  • Responsible to collect documentation of operational requirements e.g. operational processes, TMS triggers
  • Start integration process by submitting BRF
  • Supports and aligns with IT for creation of Customer Scope Document (CSD)
  • Responsible for customer to sign-off CSD
  • Define full setup of test scenarios and create/define reference shipments for all messages related to the request, inbound & outbound
  • Support IT during creation of BRD and EDI specification
  • Sign-off the BRD before request is moved into build/development phase
  • Take part in integration planning together with operations, EDI developers, IT and Central Integration Office Project Manager
  • Ensure all necessary business approvals are obtained within the agreed timeframe.
  • Ensure that all local stakeholders are aligned
  • Act as the first escalation point to business management for Customer Integration Office
  • Support IT to execute Integration Test from an operational and customer point of
  • Ensures that the User Acceptance Tests (UAT) scenarios are created in due time prior to UAT
  • Responsible for execution of User Acceptance Test (UAT) with support from IT, Business and customer.
  • Trouble shooting during UAT.
  • Responsible for customer to sign-off UAT including UAT-log (sign-off need to be documented).
  • Ensure that processes, procedures, and work instructions are made for business.
  • Ensure that training is executed (if needed) and business is using the system as intended.
  • Act as the first point of contact for business after Go-live.
  • Troubleshooting and advising on issues during hypercare period.
  • Provide full support on all local Customer integrations post go-live according to defined standard process.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (essential)
  • Industry level qualification/ tertiary qualification - Advantageous
  • 6 - 8 years’ experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related Systems role, with a strong emphasis on EDI/API integrations.
  • Proven experience in a front-facing role, engaging directly with customers.
  • Experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of EDI/ API technologies and disciplines
  • Forwarding related TMS or customer visibility platforms advantageous,
  • Knowledge of main ERP systems advantageous

Skills Required

  • Strong project management acumen and ability to self-manage
  • Exceptional communication skills

The Security Risk Management Unit (SRMU) is based within the Operations Department of MSF Belgium (OCB – Operational Centre Brussels). As Security Risk Management (SRM) Mobile Implementation Officer (MIO) , you contribute to the security and safety support of MSF-OCB projects in terms of training, assessment, and advice.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Capacity Building and Training

  • Conduct SRM trainings at the headquarter and projects level for logistics teams, Field Coordinators, and Heads of Mission (HoMs).
  • Identify needs for new trainings.
  • Design and elaborate the training’s offer in the risk management area of expertise.

Security assessment, Risk Analysis & Risk reduction

  • Conduct SRM assessments and contribute to the Risk Analysis and Risk Reduction process for the benefit of the projects.
  • Design and elaborate operational tools concerning SRM for MSF-OCB projects.
  • Engage in SRMU operational research projects.

Security support to our projects

  • Provide operational support for the design and implementation of SRM procedures in MSF countries of intervention.
  • Promote an embedded SRM culture among MSF-OCB projects.
  • Provide SRM “Individualized support” to identified HoMs, Field Coordinators, or Logistic Coordinators.

Crisis Management Preparation

  • Reinforce Field Incident Management Team (FIMT) capacity at project level through trainings and E-learning modules.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Central Incident Management Team (CIMT).
  • Collaborate with SFP at MSF Partner Section CIMT trainings and/or Regional OCB Hub.

Administration and support

  • Support the SFP on request.
  • Assist in the daily administration of the MSF-OCB incident reporting system.
  • Conduct research in the SRM area of interest.

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

  • Humanitarian experience with an IO/INGO is mandatory.
  • 5 years’ international experience with an IO/ INGO.
  • 2 years in a volatile context, preferably in an operations position.
  • Experience in security risk management with MSF or other IO/ INGO is mandatory.
  • 2 years’ experience in a coordination position (Field Coordinator, Head of Mission, Emergency Coordinator) with MSF or other IO/ INGO.
  • Experience in coaching and training of staff is an asset.
  • Experience in crisis management is an asset.

Competencies

  • Capacity to work under pressure.
  • Resistance.
  • Knowledge of INGO security management mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of MSF OCB security management approaches is a plus.
  • Written and oral communication skills.

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • PMP certification preferred; Agile/Hybrid delivery credentials an advantage.
  • 5+ years experience managing system implementation or enterprise software integration projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Skilled in methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and SDLC.
  • Strong proficiency in SmartSheets (or similar tools) for project tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving, budget management, and vendor coordination skills.

Role's Mission

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Panel/Project Manager to join our team as a dedicated resource on the Skale 50 initiative. This role is pivotal in supporting the end-to-end execution of panel projects, ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and data-driven decision-making.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage daily project activities, monitor performance metrics, deploy surveys, and train internal teams on fieldwork expectations. Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Support

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring panel projects.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain and update documentation, trackers, and status reports

Data & Reporting

  • Download and analyse daily/weekly/monthly reports to assess quota achievement.
  • Compile completion report for payment of rewards
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare presentations and summaries for project reviews.

Sample Management

  • Create, manage, and track samples required for project execution.
  • Deployment of surveys to sample panellists.
  • Drive engagement activities by PMEs to ensure sample achievement
  • Ensure sample specifications align with project and client expectations.
  • Act as a key point of contact for project-related queries.
  • Participate in regular project meetings and provide progress updates.

Process Improvement

  • Recommend and implement enhancements to improve project efficiency.
  • Support the development of SOPs for recurring tasks.

Training & Deployment

  • Train internal teams on fieldwork expectations and protocols.
