Summary of Job Description

Responsible for coordinating all aspects of employee deployments and travel. This includes managing visa and flight arrangements, maintaining deployment records, updating planners and reports, arranging accommodation and transport, and ensuring all required documents and approvals are in place. The role also involves liaising with various departments, assisting visiting personnel, and handling post-travel documentation and follow-ups.
