Job Overview

The Clinical Reviewer supports the delivery of compliant, accurate, and timely medical reports through electronic review and sign-off. Working across a range of report types, you will play a key role in ensuring data security, safeguarding, and quality assurance within Medi2Data's client reporting process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct electronic clinical review and sign-off of reports including SARs, insurance, DWP, MOD, legal aid, court, police, occupational health, and others.
  • Ensure accuracy and legal compliance across demographics, medications, consultations, immunisations, and uploaded documentation.
  • Apply appropriate redaction in accordance with legal consent and report type.
  • Prioritise tasks based on SLAs and urgency, ensuring timely sign-off of reports.
  • Escalate concerns or issues to the Clinical Operations Manager to support safety and compliance.
  • Support the incident management process, including identification, reporting, and learning.
  • Contribute to the clinical risk register by identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Participate in Clinical Forum activity by contributing to updates on clinical governance, safeguarding, data management, audit and professional standards.
  • Proactively develop Knowledge Base articles and guidance that support high-quality clinical delivery.

Person Specification

  • Diploma in Nursing (essential), Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
