ROLE :
Your job will be to coordinate all our maintenance needs.
You will be responsible for making
sure our staff is fully booked days in advance.
Respond to emergencies and reorganize the
schedule for the right priorities.
You will be working closely with our Regional Manager to clearly
communicate what maintenance issues and solutions need to be brought up to the owners.
You will be responsible for scheduling Maintenance inspections and the Preventative
Maintenance Program.
You will be responsible for communicating with tenants, and vendors,
managing schedules, and assigning work to team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Communicate daily with the Regional Manager and the maintenance team
Coordinate work and regularly update tenants
Schedule all Melds, Inspections, and Preventative Maintenance Program
Creating schedules for unit turns, remodels, and forecasting work
Monitoring Maintenance Software, managing WO, and the order of their priority
Request quotes from third-party vendors
Suggest improvements and enforce internal processes
RESULTS : Timely respons
ASAP - Emergency – respond immediately, with mitigation the same day.
8 hours - All other tenant-driven Melds
Follow up
First follow-up next day = assigned to a technician, vendor or update the tenant
Subsequent follow-up or update - Every 16 business hours
Goal is to resolve non-urgent maintenance within 3 business days
Property Meld management :
Review all the messages 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Respond to tenants' questions, Update the tenant on the progress
Prompt tenant to respond (2 prompts) and close MELDs after we sent 2 prompts
Follow up with vendor, technician or PM on assigned Meld to ensure timely completion
Make sure you remove tags on new conversations
Approve payments in MELD
Add lock box codes to melds
Assign properties to property groups
Maintenance schedules are created for 2 weeks in advance and filled with :
The tenant has driven WO
Inspection follow-ups
Landscaping and Hardscaping
Schedule inspection per the unit turn schedule )
Pre-move out scheduled within 8 business hours of 30-day notice receipt, timeline 3 business days
Move out - within 8 business hours of move out date
Move-in - no later than the day before move in date
Onboarding
Convert the Appfolio Work Orders into Meld after zInspector reports
Check when the unit turns need to be scheduled - align with PM on priorities
Schedule Cleaning
Schedule - Carpet cleaning if applicable = check inspection or advertising photos if the unit has
Semi-Annual Inspection schedule created for 2 months in advance
Preventative Maintenance Plan schedule created for 2 months in advance
Regional Manager updated daily (successes, issues, required approvals)
Quotes from third-party vendors gathered per Regional Manager's request
REQUIREMENTS
Must have excellent written and verbal English skills
Must enjoy learning software tools & be able to do so quickly
Fast internet, camera, at least 2 monitors & good computer equipment

- Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
- Mandatory Requirement: ISO27001 Lead Implementer
Preferrable:ISO27001 Lead Auditor, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CertifiedInformation Systems Auditor (CISA)
- The ISMS Specialist role demands a robust combination of technical expertise, specialized knowledge, and strong leadership abilities. The ideal candidate must have an intrinsic understanding of the ISMS statement of applicability.
- The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls. Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL)., and have extensive experience in risk management, incident response, and compliance, particularly with South African regulations like POPIA and the Cybercrimes Act.
- Soft skills such as excellent communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and ethical judgment are also vital, enabling the Information Security Compliance Specialist to convey complex security concepts, adapt to evolving threats, and uphold the highest standards of security and privacy within the organization. Experience in BIA, BCM, DR.Include experience in vulnerability management, patching, JML.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the field of information security, cybersecurity, or a related discipline, with at least 1-3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity. This experience should include hands-on management of security frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST, as well as significant exposure to risk management, incident response, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Proven experience of leading ISO/IEC 27001 certification projects and certification maintenance.
- Experience in working with ISO27001 certification bodies.
- Development of audit and ISMS remediation plans.
- Familiarity with data protection laws and industry regulations.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISM, CRISC, or CISA, which validate their expertise in key areas of information security. Knowledge of security tools, including Microsoft Sentinel, CyberReason, and Microsoft Defender, is essential for managing the organization’s security posture effectively.

- Ethical Integrity: Commitment to upholding thehighest ethical standards in all security practices

POSITION INFO:
- Manage project plan (projects status, timesheets …).
- Coordinate the activities of the implementation team leaders in line with the WMS roadmap.
- Continuously upskill the Implementation and support team on the WMS solutions and surrounding tools (reporting dev, EDI spec, dashboards and KPI building…).
- Lead functional and interface design workshop.
- Prepare WMS Functional Flow.
- Prepare interface specification with mappings.
- Prepare specification for reports.
- Perform WMS configuration
- Conduct key user training.
- Perform integration testing.
- Support user acceptance test.
- Prepare test scenarios.
- Perform data migration for existing customers migrating to the WMS.

About the Role
You'll be part of a global operations team, supporting the infrastructure that powers a fast-scaling tech business. From provisioning and patching to security and audits, your work will be critical to ensuring the systems are secure, monitored, and running at peak performance.
What You’ll Do
Monitor and diagnose infrastructure, services, capacity, and security
Provision, maintain, and patch servers and platforms
Action Level 1 and 2 operational requests (e.g., backups, user access, migrations)
Support service desk operations and asset reporting
Ensure compliance with security controls, governance, and audit requirements
Build and document processes, standards, and SLAs
Participate in incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity tests
What You Bring
Linux experience (Debian, Ubuntu) is essential
macOS and Windows Server experience
Strong scripting ability (Bash, Python, etc.)
Experience with MySQL / Percona, Nginx, and orchestration tools like SaltStack or Ansible
Cloud infrastructure and networking knowledge
Experience with system hardening, backup automation, and documentation
Familiarity with agile methodologies and SysAdmin standards

Position Overview:
The Solution Engineer plays a pivotal role in collaborating with the EMEA Sales Team to provide tailored technical expertise in delivering demo solutions for both existing clients and prospective customers. This position is focused on delivering comprehensive sales support, facilitating solution demonstrations, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages related Service Desk Tool queues and tickets
Resolve or escalate incidents and service requests, maintaining relevant records promptly and efficiently within SLA
Deployment and configuration of vMware Virtual Machines in vCentre and Azure
Installation and management of IT security tools
Build new systems and deploy application software
Install new software releases and system upgrades
Review and updating of SOPs and other relevant documentation
Remote Desktop Gateway management, configuration, and troubleshooting
Configuration of monitoring tools
Active Directory management and troubleshooting
VPN Configuration and troubleshooting
General vCentre management and troubleshooting
Certificate Management
Partner with Engineering, Development and Professional Services teams to ensure successful implementation of new technologies and assures SOP’s are accurately recorded and updated
Experience with SaaS models and large-scale distributed web architecture utilizing SaaS technologies is a plus
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of Windows Server technologies, Active Directory, storage and backup devices, VMWare, Citrix and other solutions as necessary to fulfil job responsibilities.
Proficiency in server, storage and virtualization standards, techniques and tools.
Analytical/problem-solving skills.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication to all levels of the organization.
Effectively organize and prioritize work.
Simultaneously manage and deliver multiple projects.
Effectively collaborates with peers, cross-functional teams, team leaders and engineering to achieve end-to-end product and process quality.
