  • Support senior sales managers in client relationship management, including preparing proposals, presentations, and attending client meetings.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities across shipping companies, cruise operators, offshore service providers, and related industries.
  • Contribute to account growth by upselling and cross-selling healthcare services, including telemedicine, onboard medical services, PEMEs, and mental health programs.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure strong reporting discipline.
  • 2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience (offline and online), ideally in complex solution sales or service industries such as shipping, logistics, healthcare, insurance, or professional services.
  • Strong B2B sales fundamentals: prospecting, qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident engaging with decision-makers.
  • Resilience and persistence in business development, able to navigate long sales cycles.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage their own pipeline and follow through independently.
  • Commercially minded with curiosity to understand maritime and healthcare services industries.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally for client visits, trade fairs, and conferences.
  • Experience in maritime/shipping, healthcare, insurance, or complex B2B services.
  • Multilingual skills (English + another language) for international client interactions.
