Health Coaches offers a service to promote sustained lifestyle change and support through behavioural change, emotional support, benefit navigation, goal setting and tracking in order to decrease the cost of health care and improve a member's quality of life.
Key purpose
To effectively coach eligible members in various programs ensuring that:
- The coaching program outcomes and objectives are achieved.
- Members achieve sustainable health and lifestyle improvements in addition to their personal key objectives.
Key outputs
- Applying various coaching techniques to allocated members to ensure program and personal goals are achieved
- Building positive relationships to ensure successful outcomes
- Effective planning and organizing of schedules and sessions to optimize program adherence and completion rates.
- Assist members with benefit navigation, referrals and activations to optimize benefits available to them under their scheme and non-scheme products.
- Health and Lifestyle education, tracking and monitoring to achieve sustainable improvements.
- Educate members on how to manage certain chronic diseases to avoid relapses, hospital admissions and disease progression with the necessary referral to the relevant health care professional and or other therapeutic interventions.

Who You Are:

Thanks to their partnership, our current valuation has reached $2.5 billion. We are seeking qualified Life & Wellness Coaches to join our coaching network as a 1099 contract provider. Our coaches partner with our members in a safe, non-judgemental, and empowering space that facilitates exploration, self-discovery, and growth. Coaches will be responsible for delivering tele-coaching sessions to support members in developing the insights and skills necessary to create meaningful and sustainable change, and thrive in the areas that matter most to them.
What You'll Do:
- Provide structured life and/or wellness coaching sessions to clients in your region via video or phone.
- Support adults with setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their goals for common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
- Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of your session notes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, our licensed clinical care navigation team, and our administrative care support team whenever you need assistance.
- Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding our values of diversity and inclusion for all races, ethnicities, disabilities, and genders.
Who You Are:
Actively credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body, including but not limited to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Coaching (AC), or other regionally accredited bodies that follow similar professional and ethical standards (e.g., APAC, DVCT, ASESCO, NOBCO, SFCoach, ICC).
Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience firmly required.
Adaptable across various life, professional, and/or health & wellbeing related challenges.
You have training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support, including but not limited to, NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
You're comfortable with technology and are telehealth competent.
You are committed to quality care, want to expand your capabilities, and increase your effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
You like working independently, but would also enjoy having the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other coaches.
