Role Summary

About the role

We’re looking for a performance-driven Mid-Level Google Ads Specialist to join our paid media team. Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping home service businesses grow through comprehensive digital solutions. They transform websites into lead-generating assets while building brand awareness through SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and highly strategic Google Ads Manager to join our client’s remote performance team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns within a digital marketing agency handling multiple accounts.

This role requires deep platform knowledge, a track record of delivering profitable campaigns, and the ability to lead or mentor a team. You’ll be expected to own campaign performance, develop media plans, optimize at scale, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive client success.

Experience In Digital Marketing Agencies Is Required.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and optimize end-to-end Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) across multiple accounts.
  • Manage and optimize Local Service Ads
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and ongoing performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-converting ads.
  • Maintain and report on budgets, forecasts, and campaign ROAS
  • Analyze trends and KPIs to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to align paid strategies with broader marketing goals.
  • Keep up with Google’s latest updates, trends, and innovations.

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Google Ads campaign management.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, analytics, and funnel strategies.
  • Experience with Local Service Ads is required.
  • Experience with Next Door Ads is a plus.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Digital marketing agency experience is required.

Position: Google Ads Manager

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Preferred Location: Global

Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm MT

Salary: USD 1800 - USD 2500 per month

  • Lead strategic direction for key client accounts in your portfolio across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Oversee and ensure quality of service delivery across your client portfolio.
  • Develop and implement advanced marketing strategies that drive client profitability.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative approaches.
  • Build & implement reporting for clients with Lookerstudio.
