The Senior Specialist, Brand Management is a deep brand thinker, architect and specialist, responsible for shaping a strong, positive brand image through the design and development of the Group's brand positioning, brand structure and brand identity. This job also leads and drives the implementation of the Brand Marketing strategy and plan for the Group.

• First- or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing or related field
• 8-10 Years' experience in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels, touchpoints, and geographies
• 8-10 Years' proven track record of managing and developing brands, including defining brand positioning, creating brand strategies, and executing brand plans

Market research and evolution

• Management and coordination of digital campaigns and projects
• Campaign coordination
• Project management
• Content development
• Media relations
• Press releases and media kits
• Crisis management
• Brand monitoring, analysis, and reporting
• Setting campaign goals
• Monitoring and managing digital campaigns and social media accounts
• Planning and implementing campaigns and projects

• Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns aligned with marketing strategies

• Managing platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Website, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Strategizing digital content, launching new platforms, and overseeing strategy within broader teams
• Utilizing tools like Google Drive, Canva, ChatGPT effectively
• Managing digital presence including Wikipedia and SEO
• Maintaining all digital platforms
• Creating brand-relevant copy for captions, graphics, etc.
• Leading campaign ideas and management
• Managing server links and ensuring proper organization
• Reporting and analyzing campaign performance
• Growing and monitoring digital communities
• Background in sports is advantageous

Job Purpose:

The role of a Lecturer is the delivery of training and education of students; student consultations; the establishment of a knowledge base of the discipline through academic research & development; whilst providing overall support to Academic department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Presenting content in a classroom environment (online or physical, as required)
• Arranging for consultations with students.
• Results analysis at a modular level.
• Marking assessments and providing constructive feedback
• Employing interventions for at-risk students.

Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications

• B-Tech Honours Degree in Marketing.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Higher Education or equivalent will be advantageous.

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of industry-specific experience in area of specialisation
• 1 to 3 years lecturing experience.
