About The Position
As our Global Health Advisory continues to expand its portfolio of partners, we are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Global Health Advisory Engagement Manager to join our Advisory team. This role is central in supporting complex partner programs and advancing strategic initiatives that improve access to medicines in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs). The successful candidate will thrive in a start-up setting, bring a passion for expanding access to medicines in LMICs, and enjoy an advisory-style role that spans diverse projects from strategic analyses to client-facing program management.
This is a broad role combining analytical rigor with project management and stakeholder engagement. You will help run client-facing program management offices (PMOs), conduct market and landscape assessments, and contribute to the development of value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and innovative solutions. All of this work will be grounded in the realities and opportunities of LMIC health systems.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of complex, multi-stakeholder programs for global health clients (including serving as part of client-facing PMO structures).
- Drive high-quality preparation of deliverables, meeting materials, and reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client needs.
- Monitor progress against objectives, flag risks early, and propose practical solutions.
Strategic Analyses & Insights
- Conduct LMIC market and landscape analyses across geographies to assess opportunities, challenges, and competitive positioning.
- Support portfolio and product strategy work to guide decision-making on where and how to play.
- Develop value propositions and go-to-market strategies tailored to LMIC contexts, integrating evidence, stakeholder perspectives, and financing considerations.
- Prepare presentations and reports to meet the clients' agreed deliverables and facilitate the clients' execution of such strategy
*Client & Stakeholder Engagement *
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
- Serve as a trusted partner to clients, supporting workshops, strategy sessions, and ongoing advisory interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse LMIC stakeholders (manufacturers, payers, policymakers, NGOs, and implementing partners).
- Represent the team professionally in external engagements, ensuring communications are clear, concise, and solution-oriented.
Requirements
- A BS/BA degree in Public Health, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in a similar field will be preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience with significant exposure to LMIC healthcare settings, ideally in consulting, global health, or life sciences, with demonstrated project management and analytical skills.
- Exposure to global health healthcare sectors like vaccines, essential medicines, diagnostics, health system strengthening, or health financing is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing analytical tasks with client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong skills in research, analysis, and synthesis. Candidate needs to be able to transform complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Job Summary:
This is a full-time position in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Kristin Archer, PhD, Principal investigator. A Health Services Research Analyst with at least 2 years of clinical research is needed on the team to support a multi-center randomized clinical trial funded by the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI). This position will enroll and follow study subjects undergoing orthopaedic surgery at VUMC and will assure compliance with the study protocol. Responsibilities will include maintaining and updating study protocol; overseeing IRB initial submission, amendments, and continuing review; recruitment and follow-up of patients; implementing data audits and quality control procedures; ongoing communication with the PI and investigative team to ensure adherence to study protocol; overseeing weekly study meetings; and preparing funding reports and data reports for abstracts and manuscripts.
Key Functions and Expected Performances:
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of study procedures and communication with investigators and federal sponsor
- Maintain IRB documentation and ensure research is conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice Guidelines and sponsor guidelines
- Recruit appropriate individuals for study participation according to study protocol which involves medical chart review and patient screening or interviewing
- Enroll eligible study participants
- Complete assessment procedures with study participants in clinic or remotely
- Schedule participants for initial and/or follow-up appointments
- Conduct follow-up calls, emails, or mailings related to study activities
- Communicate regularly and effectively with investigators and other members of the research team on an ongoing basis related to study protocol.

Your day at NTT DATA
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced accounting leader to establish and lead a newly created global function focused on accounting standardization, technical guidance, and policy governance. Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance Transformation, this role will be responsible for developing a global accounting policy framework, building a Center of Excellence for technical accounting matters, and providing expert advisory across IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and local GAAPs.
The ideal candidate is a technical expert and strategic thinker who can operate at both the policy and operational level, working cross-functionally with global finance, legal, tax, and audit teams. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of accounting governance and elevate technical accounting capabilities across a multinational enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global accounting manual to standardize policies and procedures across all regions.
- Implement a governance model for accounting policy changes and compliance tracking.
- Partner with regional finance teams and controllers to roll out global accounting policies effectively.
- Lead a centralized function that serves as the company’s primary resource for technical accounting guidance.
- Develop best-practice accounting templates, tools, and guidance materials for global finance teams.
- Provide on-demand advisory for accounting treatments, structuring transactions, and addressing complex financial reporting issues.
- Conduct technical research and assess the impact of IFRS and local GAAP differences across key jurisdictions.
- Prepare and maintain technical accounting memos and whitepapers to support conclusions.
- Monitor updates from IASB, FASB, PCAOB, and local standards to provide training and thought leadership to regional finance teams and senior leaders.
- Establish an accounting governance framework to ensure policy adherence and consistency.
- Partner with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and industry bodies to maintain best-in-class accounting standards.
- Lead quarterly technical accounting updates for the global finance organization.
- Support M&A due diligence and integration, providing accounting expertise on deal structures and post-merger/divestment accounting considerations.
- Collaborate with finance transformation teams to enhance reporting efficiencies through technology and automation.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive global standardization in accounting practices.
- Excellent technical research skills with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex accounting matters to non-accountants.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent certification required.
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- 10+ years of technical accounting experience, with a mix of public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and corporate accounting in a multinational organization.
- Deep IFRS expertise with the ability to research and as well as multiple local GAAP frameworks across regions (e.g., Europe, APAC, Africa, LATAM).
- Strong track record of developing and implementing global accounting policies in a decentralized or multi-entity business structure.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, technology) is a plus.
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence decision-making.
- Remain stationary for long periods of time.
- Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment.
- Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending.
- Able to hear and speak into a telephone.

Your day at NTT DATA
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced accounting leader to establish and lead a newly created global function focused on accounting standardization, technical guidance, and policy governance. Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance Transformation, this role will be responsible for developing a global accounting policy framework, building a Center of Excellence for technical accounting matters, and providing expert advisory across IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and local GAAPs.
The ideal candidate is a technical expert and strategic thinker who can operate at both the policy and operational level, working cross-functionally with global finance, legal, tax, and audit teams. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of accounting governance and elevate technical accounting capabilities across a multinational enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive global accounting manual to standardize policies and procedures across all regions.
- Implement a governance model for accounting policy changes and compliance tracking.
- Partner with regional finance teams and controllers to roll out global accounting policies effectively.
- Lead a centralized function that serves as the company’s primary resource for technical accounting guidance.
- Develop best-practice accounting templates, tools, and guidance materials for global finance teams.
- Provide on-demand advisory for accounting treatments, structuring transactions, and addressing complex financial reporting issues.
- Conduct technical research and assess the impact of IFRS and local GAAP differences across key jurisdictions.
- Prepare and maintain technical accounting memos and whitepapers to support conclusions.
- Monitor updates from IASB, FASB, PCAOB, and local standards to provide training and thought leadership to regional finance teams and senior leaders.
- Establish an accounting governance framework to ensure policy adherence and consistency.
- Partner with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and industry bodies to maintain best-in-class accounting standards.
- Lead quarterly technical accounting updates for the global finance organization.
- Support M&A due diligence and integration, providing accounting expertise on deal structures and post-merger/divestment accounting considerations.
- Collaborate with finance transformation teams to enhance reporting efficiencies through technology and automation.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive global standardization in accounting practices.
- Excellent technical research skills with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex accounting matters to non-accountants.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across cultures and geographies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent certification required.
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- 10+ years of technical accounting experience, with a mix of public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and corporate accounting in a multinational organization.
- Deep IFRS expertise with the ability to research and as well as multiple local GAAP frameworks across regions (e.g., Europe, APAC, Africa, LATAM).
- Strong track record of developing and implementing global accounting policies in a decentralized or multi-entity business structure.
- Experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, technology) is a plus.
- Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and influence decision-making.
