Plan and execute garden projects in line with budget requirements

Ensure compliance with ISO and environmental standards
Coordinate the repair and servicing of garden vehicles and equipment
Manage budgets effectively and report on costs

Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of multiple departments/sections
- Managing Profitability of the departments
- Management & Development of staff
- Quality management
- Stock management
- Achieving high operational standards
- Ensuring that merchandising & displays are of a high standard
- Driving a high level of customer service
- Implementing promotions
- Reviewing reports and providing feedback and insights
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in Retail Management
- Computer literate
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proven leadership abilities and management of staff
- Must be self motivated and assertive

Grounds Maintenance Operative/s (Mobile) Required for the start of the new season (March)

We require mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative/s within the Southampton/Wessex and surrounding areas this is a mobile role and pick up/drop off can be arranged depending on your location.
You must have
Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
Experience of using hand held power tools, such as petrol mowers, strimmers hedge cutters etc
A valid drivers license advantageous
The job
Mobile round working on various multi site commercial properties such as retail parks, supermarkets, offices, schools & colleges, parks and open spaces
Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work on sites
Working within a small team
Some customer interaction to ensure the client is happy with the works carried out
