The Role
Join us as a Functional Consultant using your deep expertise in contracting and commercial processes to help shape the legal intelligence that powers our AI-driven CLM platform, , briding the gap between cutting-edge technology and legal precision. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work alongside our product, AI engineering, and client-facing teams to design, test, and refine our customers' contract lifestyle management solutions—ensuring that our platform delivers unparalleled accuracy, compliance, and business value.
You'll make an impact by:
Contracting expertise
- Guiding our customers during their CLM implementation to ensure their contracting processes are efficient and satisfy the needs of their organization
- Acting as a bridge to ensure our customers' legal and compliance needs are addressed by the technical setup of their CLM solution
- Understanding the specific problems faced by in-house legal teams and how contract management can solve these
CLM & technology enablement
- Applying deep knowledge of CLM SaaS platforms, including architecture, configurations, integrations, and data management.
- Incorporating
CLM best practices
into client workflows to improve efficiency and compliance. - Supporting the development and testing of AI-driven legal and contracting technology solutions.
Business process & stakeholder engagement
- Conducting
business process analysis

- Managing stakeholder relationships across multiple levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in for solution delivery.
Project & change management

Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
- Admitted attorney with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification legal experience at a reputable firm or corporate legal function.
- Strong background in contracting, particularly in IT, outsourcing, services, or software-related agreements.
- Hands-on experience with CLM platforms, SaaS solutions, or enterprise technology implementations.
- Proven ability to conduct business process analysis and workflow optimization.
- Project management expertise with experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies (preferred by not necessary)
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
