Job Description :

1. Develop and execute digital marketing plans that align with business and brand goals.
2. Implement SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to increase online visibility and website traffic.
3. Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to engage with audiences and drive brand awareness.
4. E-commerce Management (Shopify): Oversee and manage the Shopify e-commerce store for Company Branding, including product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management.
5. Enhance the user experience on Shopify by optimizing the layout, navigation, and checkout process.
6. Track e-commerce performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
7. Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage content for social media, websites, newsletters, and blogs.
8. Collaborate with design teams to create engaging visuals and written content.
9. Keep website content updated and optimized for SEO, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.
10. Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive online sales.
11. Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content and improve engagement rates.
12. Monitor and report on campaign metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
13. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and social media insights.
14. Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
15. Communication Coordination: Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media management.
3. Experience with Shopify, including e-commerce management, product listings, and analytics.
4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite).
5. Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media best practices.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

• An appropriate academic and professional qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
• At least five years’ experience in a similar position.
• Current SACE registration.
• IEB experience.
• A clear criminal record.

The responsibilities are:

• Working together with the executive head and school leadership to ensure high standards of teaching and learning practice.
• Performing the duties of a teacher and phase head.
• Promoting a healthy process of reciprocal informal observation of class teaching practices.
• Advising and contributing to curriculum development at school.
• Coordinating the teaching and learning of the phase.
• Setting examination papers, coordinating marking rosters and moderating examinations and assessment processes.
• Mentoring other teachers in the phase.
• Holding and leading regular departmental meetings and ensuring the keeping of minutes.
• Actively assisting the executive head in ensuring good professional practice, standards, and quality of teaching and learning of subject/s in the school through proper dialogue with the class teachers.
• Personal commitment to education and a willingness to contribute to the values and ethos of the school.
