KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining the supplier food safety database (food safety audits, assessments, etc.)
Stays engaged with food safety best practices to support supplier food safety programs
Ensure that the correct product specifications, for products being produced, are available.
Ensure all NCRs are closed off and captured
Assist in the Food Safety System (FSSC and updating documents and procedures to adhere to legislation and regulation.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE
- 2 years technical experience working for a food manufacturer in the food safety department

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, accurate and precise with demonstrable attention to detail.
- IT Literate in Microsoft applications.
