Job Description:
In this role, you will coordinate and support the smooth execution of group land tours and events, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and exceptional guest experiences.
- Coordinate and manage land tour programmes and events from start to finish
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate travel files and service records
- Travel with groups as needed to oversee on-site logistics and guest satisfaction

- Monitor supplier service levels and maintain strong partner relationships

Experience Required:

- Solid knowledge of Southern and East Africa with the ability to advise on destinations and experiences
- Proven ability to craft strategic and commercial decisions using sound business acumen
- Familiarity with products, third-party offerings, and applicable terms and conditions
