The generation of leads for PPS Internal Distribution by doing the following:
Lead Generation: be responsible for generating and nurturing leads for the organization using different marketing channels.
Generate new leads using Cold Calling, External Databases, Performance Marketing, Worksites, email marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing channels
- Liaise with professional bodies to gain access to young, qualified professionals with a key focus on Univeristies of Technology
- Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads
Organize and keep the lead status updated in the Leads Register
Conduct Research into the PPS target market and then translate this into appropriate leads generation activities to maximize the number of leads generated.
- Interact professionally with potential members, existing members, and other company stakeholders via various communication mediums to generate leads and referral leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team members to work on tasks relevant to lead generation.
- Identify and run appropriate leads generation campaigns.
- Cultivate in-depth product knowledge and understanding to ensure that you can effectively communicate the product features and benefits to the prospective customers. Understand the product offering of competitors to effectively respond to objections.
- Follow company decorum at all times when representing the organization.

Job Responsibilities
Host Monthly Quality Assurance Sessions with the Contact Centres
Facilitate structured reviews of client interactions to assess communication quality and consistency.
Provide actionable feedback and training recommendations to contact center teams.
Document findings and track progress over time.
Submit Monthly Reports to Admin Managers on Areas of Improvement for the Contact Centres
Compile insights from QA sessions, client feedback, and performance metrics.
Highlight recurring issues, training needs, and operational inefficiencies.
Recommend and track implementation of corrective actions.
Suggest and Implement Strategies to Improve Quality of All Client Touch Points
Evaluate the effectiveness of various client interaction channels and materials.
Propose enhancements to scripts, workflows, and digital interfaces.
Collaborate with relevant teams to implement improvements and measure impact.
Track Engagement Metrics and Generate Reports
Use analytics tools to generate insights and performance reports.
Present findings to stakeholders with recommendations for optimization.
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
Preferred Qualification
- An Advanced Diploma or Degree in Marketing
- Social media marketing certificate
- Language and business writing certificate
Minimum Experience Level
10-12 years of Stockbroking and customer service experience required.

Prior Experience:
Proven experience in managing medium large delivery engagements preferably for BFS customers
Experience in working coordinating with multiple Horizontal practice units and ability to communicate efficiently across functions within the organization IMPORTANT
Experience in working with captive based customer setup will be an advantage
Prior Technical Capabilities experience will be a plus
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and oversight to the delivery teams and respective leads responsible towards delivery to the client
Work closely with the Vertical delivery as well as practice units develop capabilities and ensure the successful delivery of projects deliverables
Diligent tracking of delivery quality value adds at a delivery organization level
Ability to track monitor and drive Profit margin growth E2E P L accountability
Actively participate and respond to RFPs and other proposals Work closely with the Sales counterparts
Drive and own Leadership Reviews
Ensure compliance of the portfolio from Quality Security and other organizational policies guardrails
Utilize effective conflict resolution and negotiation tactics to maintain high performance service teams
