The position will partner with the Group Country Manager’s office and be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, deal creation/modelling and analytics to be used by executive management. This role will have direct exposure to the Southern and Eastern Africa (SEA) leadership team and, in addition, be required to work closely with other Finance teams globally.

• Partner with geographic counterparts and regional teams to ensure alignment on financial performance and drivers of forecasts/results
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting requirements in accordance with deadlines
• Provide leadership in the areas of financial modelling, deal structuring and investment decision support
• Business Partnering to develop strategies to drive growth and execution thereof
• Prepare comprehensive business trend materials used for communication to the SEA and regional leadership teams
• Ensure data integrity and consistency of information as well as organized documentation of results and data sources used
• Lead the commercial structure of client incentive deals and build the associated financial models while ensuring that Visa’s interests are front & center while offering attractive terms to client to ensure continued market share wins for Visa
• Manage, evolve and communicate weekly progress on deal modelling (structuring, proposed pricing, margin), governance processes (review, approval, wins), and ensuring accurate reflection in market plans and forecasts with insight on performance tracking

• Collaborate in the storyboarding of financial outputs and production of communication materials for related presentations used in reviews and decision-making forums
• Co-develop financial proposals with Visa sales teams, due diligence financial projections, provide feedback to optimize risk-adjusted returns, ensure financial proposal alignment to commercial proposal, and contribute to negotiation strategy

Our client is a fast-growing technology company that builds reinforcement learning environments and secure VM infrastructure for frontier labs and large enterprises to run and evaluate AI models. They are expanding their in-house finance team to create a specialized group dedicated to building, stress-testing, and reviewing the financial models that power both customer projects and internal decision-making.

We are seeking five highly analytical Financial Modeling Analysts to join a high-velocity, internal consulting pod. In this role, you will build new models, review and refine existing ones, and provide clear recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders. The work will span investment banking and private equity-style modeling, plus targeted accounting analysis where needed. This role emphasizes speed, accuracy, and a breadth of modeling experience within a U.S. company context.

• Financial Modeling: Build, audit, and maintain complex financial models for a variety of use cases, including scenario analysis, valuation, market sizing, and unit economics.
• Model Review & Refinement: Critically review third-party or client-provided models to check logic, reconcile assumptions, identify issues, and propose improvements.
• Strategic Communication: Translate complex business questions into clear model structures, and then communicate the results and tradeoffs in concise memos or walkthroughs to both technical and non-technical partners.
• Process & Collaboration: Partner with engineering and operations teams to align on data inputs, version control, and model handoffs within the company's secure VM environment.
• Standardization: Establish modeling templates, quality control checklists, and best practices to improve the speed and quality of work across the broader team.
