What you'll do
- You'll play a central role in managing and improving their financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing financial operations - from customer order processing to invoicing and reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, including supplier payments and customer collections
- Ensuring compliance with internal controls and tax regulations
- Preparation and filing of tax returns
- Documenting and refining financial processes and procedures as required

This role requires strategic planning, financial acumen, and the ability to lead a team effectively. This person needs to be able to work well with team members at various levels within the business, from junior accountants to the CEO/CFO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies and budgets.
- Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets and forecasts.

- Budgeting and Cost Management
- Prepare, manage, and oversee multiple annual budgets and components thereof.
