Treasury and Taxation
Manage the treasury function and taxation aspects of the business, in particular the monthly cash flow demands of the business - providing professional forecasts on cash-flow and possible needs for shareholder support as well as ensuring tax optimisation/efficiency across the SH Aqua Group

Risk Management
Manage, control and report (internally and to SH Group) on Aqunion Group risks, including managing and controlling insurance cover and claims, FX Hedging, Inventory and working capital risks.

· Relevant tertiary qualification and Professional registration (B Comm CA(SA) / SAICA)

: 7 years in a senior financial leadership role.

Desirable experience
: 5 years in senior financial leadership role within FMCG or Agriculture industry. Understanding of Biological Fair-Value accounting methods and processes.
