Join the high-performing team at Souters Dairy as a Dairy Fam Assistant, you'll assist with a range of farm tasks - from milking, calving, and feeding stock, to effluent management, spraying, and fencing.

THE FARM
Souters Dairy Farm is a well-managed operation within our Weka Complex on the West Coast, known for its structured systems and established processes.
Located just ten minutes from Lake Brunner and thirty minutes from Greymouth, this 483-hectare property milks 800 cows through a modern 50-bail rotary shed equipped with automatic cup removers (ACRs) and an in-shed feeding system.
About You
You'll bring a willingness to learn, get stuck in, your self-motivation, drive and contribute to the team's success. Ideally, you'll also have:
- Experience in a similar dairy farming role (or a strong interest in developing one)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude with initiative and commitment to animal welfare and health & safety
- A current NZ restricted or full driver's licence
