Minimum Requirements:

·   Must be an Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa (attach proof of admission).

·   Minimum five years' post-admission experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have

hands-on experience in divorce and family law litigation and court appearances.

·   Strong legal drafting, client liaison, and courtroom experience.

·   Language required: A strong command of English (spoken and written) is essential for persuasive

courtwork, client consultations, and legal drafting. Afrikaans is beneficial.
