Responsibilities
:

As a waxing therapist, you will be a true brand ambassador representing customer excellence to ensure customers feel comfortable and are thrilled with their experience of luxury service. You must LOVE waxing and have had previous retail exposure.

• Proficient in both Hot and Strip Wax on all areas of the body for Men and Women.
• Knowledge of the best aftercare for men and women, e.g. ingrown hairs treatment and pre- and post-waxing care.
• Speed to be able to complete each treatment in the allotted time.
• Precision, especially when performing Brazilian waxes.
• Actively engage in the implementation of ongoing process improvement and embrace "learning environment" initiatives.
• The ability to adapt waxing techniques to different clients' hair growth to achieve the best results.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment, including daily cleaning checklists and other cleaning duties as needed.
• Accountable for efficient, effective and high-quality customer service.
• Follows all policies and procedures to accomplish these standards.
• Achieves targets as set out by the Manager.
• Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork.

Required
:

• Must LOVE waxing
• 1 year of waxing experience, preferred
• Threading and eyebrow tinting experience, preferred
• Beauty Therapist qualification or Waxing Certificate
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work flexible days and hours
• Must have reliable transportation
