Working alongside our precast concrete division and state of the art structural steel fabrication plant, our combined technical and construction management expertise provides proven solutions for our clients. Working on a range of construction projects from $2m to $20m, with a successful performance record of running site teams and delivery excellence on projects
Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a site manager or lead carpenter/foreman role
- Have the enthusiasm and drive to deliver projects at the highest standard
- Track record of delivering commercial construction would be desired
- Strong focus on planning and working to the programme at hand
- Solid knowledge of construction methodologies
- A minimum of 2-4 years foreman experience would be desired
- Passion for health and safety and providing strong leadership and enforcement of company policies and procedures
- Strong people and leadership skills with the ability to positively manage complex relationships
- A relevant trade or tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential
