Calder Group is a leading commercial design, manufacturing and construction company. We pride ourselves in delivering high quality services for our clients and construction teams.

Working alongside our precast concrete division and state of the art structural steel fabrication plant, our combined technical and construction management expertise provides proven solutions for our clients. Working on a range of construction projects from $2m to $20m, with a successful performance record of running site teams and delivery excellence on projects

Who we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in a site manager or lead carpenter/foreman role
  • Have the enthusiasm and drive to deliver projects at the highest standard
  • Track record of delivering commercial construction would be desired
  • Strong focus on planning and working to the programme at hand
  • Solid knowledge of construction methodologies
  • A minimum of 2-4 years foreman experience would be desired
  • Passion for health and safety and providing strong leadership and enforcement of company policies and procedures
  • Strong people and leadership skills with the ability to positively manage complex relationships
  • A relevant trade or tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential
