RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take responsible of all tools issued to the team.
- Supervise and coordinate the team.
- Liaise with supervisor regarding the work plan.
- Inspect the designated area of responsibility on a daily basis.
- Understand and keep track of client needs.
- Ensure and record time and attendance.
- Ensure discipline.
- Ensure the team is issued with PPE and they wear it correctly.

If it is newbies, we need team leaders in area first, we are not appointing anybody that has less than 2 years exp on their own in an area.
