Complete daily visual checks to ensure equipment and chemicals provided is used in a way that delivers a clean plant to the customer.

• Lead and manage a team to produce a food-safe site, daily.
• Assist Site Supervisor and Site Managers by being the first point of contact to the Hygiene Team.
• Manage and achieve the Budgeted Man-hours daily.
• Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment.
• Responsible for all Operational activities related to daily cleaning (CIP and Deep Clean Processes).
• Maintain a great customer relationship and meet customer expectations.

We are looking for insurance agents with a background in group cover/stop order/parsel/government business MAINLY. (All over the country including team leaders/managers)

If it is newbies, we need team leaders in area first, we are not appointing anybody that has less than 2 years exp on their own in an area.

Must have matric certificate

Own transport, must be able to see clients, as long as they can get to appointments it is fine.

DOFA date is applicable so they need RE5 or NQF 5 if required.

Relevant CPD etc also required

We will employ private, BUT they need a proven track record plus more than 2 yrs exp. OR a good reason why they can sell in the private market.

We are looking for people who knows the business and can build their own teams without someone to hold their hand.

Strick sales targets will be enforced.

We pay 100 commission, but have a couple of income streams including funeral, group cover, life, short term etc.

We pay on a sliding scale, depending on performance but you can easily earn more than 40K if you stick to the requirements and targets.
