The Senior Paid Media Executive will report to a Paid Media Account Manager.
Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a product-led mindset and a background in paid media, with at least one year of experience actively managing client campaigns. The successful applicant would take full ownership of a number of paid media accounts across various verticals & platforms. You would lead on client contact, reporting, strategy & roadmapping for your clients, with the support of the Account Manager or other senior team members.
Alongside the regular account role, you would work directly with our tech team to develop the Addesu platform. The role would see you identifying pitfalls of existing processes and industry practices, and communicating effective solutions to further the underlying technology that powers the business.
Your role would include:
Performance/management:
- Daily checks across key clients, recognising and prioritising changes to improve performance.
- Carry out routine & detailed account audits with clear actionable insights.
- Support with building & maintaining cross-channel strategy roadmaps for clients, including new platform roll outs, technical changes, dependancies & more.
- Manage, maintain and balance personal workload via online task tracking software (Notion).
- Monitor & support team workload, delegating tasks based on priority and team resources.
- Work alongside other team members on projects and client work.
Client comms:
- Nurture client relationships, including regular reporting calls & day to day communications.
- Identify and communicate key next steps required to improve performance.
- Feedback client based areas of concern for senior leadership attention.
Leadership:
- Confidently discuss paid media with prospects, partners & clients.
- Attend and represent Addesu at events when possible.
- Deliver against team targets, regularly reporting progress back to the senior team.
Technology:
- Raise tickets for any bugs identified within the Addesu platform, communicating the reproduction steps effectively to the product/tech team.
- Submit tasks to the tech backlog, and support in prioritising new features to the Addesu platform.
- At least one year of hands-on experience with running campaigns in Google Ads & Meta Ads. Microsoft Ads and other social platforms are a bonus!
- To be comfortable leading client communication across calls, emails & instant messaging for select clients.
- Some experience with strategy & testing planning for clients.
- To be comfortable using Excel, Sheets or similar data analysis tools.
- The ability to work independently & remotely where required.
- Inquisitive mindset when tackling new challenges.
- An interest in marketing technology & the future of digital.
- To be a fluent English speaker, with other languages a bonus!
- Salary reviews every 6 months at a minimum.
- A quarterly performance bonus.

- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, leveraging online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Source candidates using a variety of platforms such as LinkedIn
- Nurture candidate relationships, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Manage internship and graduate programs to attract young talent and maintain a pipeline for recruitment including organising career days at universities
- Identify cost-effective sourcing strategies and minimise external recruitment costs while maintaining quality
Develop and maintain a recruitment strategy:
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to align recruitment strategies with overall company culture and values
- Contribute to the development and execution of the talent acquisition strategy, taking into account the company's growth plans and long-term objectives
- Support and uphold DEI strategies to achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasises diversity, equity and inclusion as core pillars of our workforce planning strategy
Recruitment execution:
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job descriptions, qualifications, and interview processes that are aligned with the company's strategic goals
- Screen, and assess candidates using a variety of methods, such as CV reviews, interviews, and skills assessments
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers
- Conduct thorough reference and background checks
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, adhering to timelines and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies
- Ensures that a diverse pool of candidates is sourced and considered for each role
- Reduce time-to-fill metrics by implementing efficient recruitment processes and leveraging technology where applicable
- Collaborate with People Operations and Finance teams to ensure alignment between hiring plans and budget constraints
- Monitor and manage recruitment-related expenses, reporting on budget adherence and providing insights for optimisation
- Negotiate packages with candidates
Increase Brand Awareness:
- Partner with Marketing to develop and drive Electrum brand awareness
- Create brand awareness around for Electrum via online channels such as LinkedIn
Reporting, Systems and Administration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative recruitment technologies and tools to streamline processes
- Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Analyse market trends and competitor insights to make recommendations on evolving recruitment strategies
- Utilise data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of different sourcing channels, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management an equivalent business degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Previous experience within the Information Technology sector - hiring Software Developers, Engineers, Sales and Operations
- Proven experience managing the talent acquisition life cycle (full end-to-end recruitment process)
Advantageous for the role:
- Previous experience in any ATS is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Google suite is a must for this role
- Gmail, Sheets and Google Docs
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and delegate where needed
- Ability to work on multiple roles and searches at the same time
- Excellent time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Adequate change management skills
- High ethical and confidentiality standards
