Duration of Programme: A 18-month period comprising of

• Exposure to supply chain support functions with an emphasis in Logistics
• Improvement projects and workplace exposure
• Stand in periods for specific job roles
• The business value-chain and core business fundamentals

Structure:

• An intensive overview of Supply Chain function streams gaining exposure in the dynamic CS&L environment and exposure in challenging and exciting projects.
• Graduates are developed and coached by technical experts in their respective fields.
• A learning journey linked to an Action Learning Project with specific business deliverables.

Minimum Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification (Degree/BTech) in of the following fields: Supply Chain /Logistics
• South African citizen
• Good tertiary academic results
• Computer Literate
• Have the potential to make a positive impact in a challenging environment.

• The person should have a strong performance record that can be verified from past tasks and
• assignments

Vacancy: Logistics Planner with Driver Management

Responsibilities:

• Plan Deliveries : Schedule and coordinate nationwide safe deliveries.
• Manage Drivers : Oversee driver recruitment, training, and performance.
• Ensure Safety : Conduct regular safety training and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Optimize Routes : Use data to improve delivery efficiency and minimize costs.
• Communication : Be the main contact for drivers, resolving any issues during deliveries.

Requirements:

• 3 years proven work experience in a similar role
