- Design and implement eventing and training across the company.
- Manage internal communication activities.
- Organize events such as product launches, training, and company experiences.

Training Event Logistics:
- Coordinate training stock and shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Marketing Collateral and Promotional Material Management:
- Manage merchandise stock and inventory efficiently.

Database Management:
- Facilitate the collection of customer contact details at events.
- Build and manage databases of clients, end-users, installers, etc. to support sales.
Experience:
- Brand marketing/eventing/event management experience.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, and communications.
Skills:
- Creative and energetic.
- Ability to manage and collate budgets.
- Time and project management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event logistics, stock management, and expo planning.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and have a proven track record in hospitality management and event coordination. As the boutique hotel manager and event planner, you will be responsible for orchestrating memorable events while ensuring the smooth operation of our guesthouse.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing and coordinating staff schedules and duties, including event staff for special occasions.
Responding to and resolving guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, common areas, and event spaces.
Overseeing the seamless check-in and check-out process for guests attending events or staying at the guesthouse.
Monitoring and managing guest reservations and bookings, including those for events and special occasions.
Implementing and maintaining initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction during their stay and at events.
Managing inventory and ordering supplies, including those necessary for events.
Planning, organizing, and executing various events, ranging from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations, ensuring each event meets or exceeds guest expectations.
Skills and Attributes:
