- Solutions Architect Associate certification or Solutions Architect Professional certification as a development goal

Job Purpose
The Solution Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business and technology and/or software solutions team. Contributing to the documentation of business, system & stakeholder requirements, the Solution Analyst combines the skill sets of both a business analyst and a systems analyst—integrating an understanding of organisational goals, operations, and processes with technical expertise to shape effective solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Interacting with all relevant stakeholders and conducting business process needs analysis to understand requirements with an objective of producing a concise business case.
- Analyse and understand business requirements to identify changes and additions required to meet the business requirements.
- Conduct impact analysis to identify and understand risk associated with an enhancement or project as well as input to risk mitigation strategies.
- Make recommendations based on the interpretation of business requirements, ensure that all impacts have been carefully considered, analysed and the resulting procedure and system configuration is the most appropriate and best meets the business need.

- Communicate needed changes to development & testing team and ensure implementation thereof.

Applying proper analysis in documenting both functional and non-functional requirements into business process maps, business requirement definitions and business requirements specifications, in-line with the business architecture framework and strategy around people, process, and technology, with a solid understanding of what the SLDC requires.
