Role Overview
The Chemical Engineer will play a pivotal role by performing chemical analysis and detailed investigations relating to in-process manufacture or laboratory testing. Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage asset verification and condition assessment teams for water, sanitation, and road infrastructure.
- Perform project unbundling/componentisation and valuation for GRAP-compliant recognition.
- Develop and maintain Current Replacement Cost (CRC) and Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC) valuation models.
- Compile, reconcile, and maintain GRAP 17/21/26-compliant asset registers integrated with financial systems.
- Develop and update Asset Management Plans (AMPs) aligned to NIAMMS and CIDMS frameworks, covering:
-Levels of Service analysis
-Lifecycle strategies (operation, maintenance, renewal)
-Risk and criticality assessments
Financial forecasting and prioritisation
Conduct spatial reconciliations using GIS/AMS tools (Esri, Archibus, AMS360).

Required Competencies
