Role Purpose/Business Unit
To provide service delivery to all Enterprise Cloud Services customers and to execute all project tasks that are allocated. Develop IoT, Mobility, and Trading Bridge Solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- To participate in all technical aspects of IoT and Enterprise Mobility solutions, projects and initiatives.
- Liaison with ECS clients to determine solutions that meet client expectations.
- Ensure that ECS processes are adhered to and are relevant.
- To develop state-of-the-art solutions which are technically sound.
- To provide a high-quality service to the ECS clients i.t.o. consultancy, solutions and delivery.
- To provide technical support to the ECS project manager.
- To participate in all integration activities from inception to implementation across all IoT and Mobility platforms.
- Matric (essential)
- 3-year degree / diploma in IT/ Business Management (essential)
- Relevant IT certification, i.e. .NET, SQL, Oracle, Thingworx, Java (essential)
- 3 – 5 years’ relevant experience in FMCG application development (essential)
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in Software Development, IoT / FMCG system development
- Enterprise Cloud Services software platform development for IoT, Mobility and B2B systems.
- Technical understanding of Linux and Windows systems, .Net, SQL, web portal

The Compliance Specialist in Global Mobility is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the global mobility program adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. This role focuses on immigration, tax, and employment law compliance for internationally mobile employees.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration, tax and social security compliance , and will play a key role in ensuring compliance, with immigration laws and regulations for the organization, assisting with compliance audits as needed.
This is a senior role that will require thought leadership and a deep understanding of international regulations, in diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the end-to-end process of global mobility assignments, including relocation as well as immigration, tax and social security compliance.
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in collaboration with external legal counsel or immigration specialists.
- Coordinate and manage work permit and visa applications for international assignments, including supporting documentation and compliance checks.
- Provide advice and guidance on cross-border tax and social security obligations and ensure compliance with regulations for globally mobile employees.

- You are interested and passionate about Immigration and Global Mobility and willing to become a product expert in your territory for visa services.
- Lead a Mobility Sales team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new business, with account management and returning clients as part of the sales motion.
- Attract, hire, and retain high performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow.
- Drive a high performance, high accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Coach, manage, and develop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap improvement.
- Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team in your territory.
- Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions.
- 3+ years leading a team of Account Executives with demonstrated success in a transactional, short sales-cycle and competitive markets.
- Ability to identify areas of opportunity, recommend solutions, take ownership of implementation and/or project management of sales initiatives.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business by sharing insights, the root causes behind changes in KPI’s, the frequency and impact of these root causes and your recommendations to double down or course correct as needed.
- Analytical Sales Leader with strong experience using data to drive decision making.
- Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion.
