Job description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for Employee Benefit administration and client services.

  • To deliver a professional and excellent quality of service to employers and members of retirement funds, in accordance with the service level agreements and annual strategic planning.
  • To assist and support the employee benefits consulting team in providing professional, high-quality consulting and administrative services to clients to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • To ensure an effective employee benefits environment.
  • To advise on escalated risk underwriting needs for clients

Responsibilities:

  • Gather Policy information
  • Compile a summary of information
  • Preparing of Client Reviews
  • Preparing proposals and client reviews according to set template
  • Data capturing
  • Research product information
  • Handle new application and quotations
  • Handle and solve client enquiries (all existing business enquiries)
  • Diary management for new and existing business cases
  • Diary management for Wealth Adviser
  • Arrange appointments between Wealth Adviser and Clients
  • Prepare investment review appointments
  • Maintain CRM system
  • Rebalance and maintain existing portfolios
  • Prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly statements
  • Manage Administrative Documentation (detailed records)
  • Build and maintain good working relationships

Minimum requirements:

  • BCom (Finance / Business Finance / Investments / Financial Planning Law / Financial Sciences or Investment Management or BCom (Economics)

  • Strong technical and administrative skills
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)

Role Responsibilities: Manage full design aspects for Mechanical Services across a range of building services projects. Analyse project requirements in the context of various codes and standards and develop conceptual designs through to a set of construction information. Direct a small team to ensure compliant designs are delivered to agreed programmes. Manage and coordinate interdisciplinary interfaces. Develop scripts and add-ins to automate repetitive design aspects and/or to check various design compliance aspects (using e.g., Dynamo, Python). Represent at client and professional meetings and be able to present work and engage in technical conversations. Maintain accountability for resourcing, timeliness, quality, risk management, project financial performance, scope management and keeping the client informed on project progress. Establish new client relationships and maintain existing client relationships. Minimum Requirements: BSc/BEng, or MSc/MEng in Mechanical Engineering. Active professional registration with a certified engineering body. Minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience as a Mechanical (PH&F/Wet Fire) Engineer within the Built Environment. (International experience will be highly advantageous). Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing multiple teams over multiple deliveries. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience mentoring and developing junior engineers.
