Job Description:

A leading engineering consultancy company is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Designer (Draftsman) to join their engineering team. The role involves initiating, planning, and developing electrical designs using EPLAN and AutoCAD software. The candidate will be responsible from project kickoff to handover, ensuring accurate documentation, drawing development, and bill of materials preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiation & Planning: Attend internal & external kick-off meetings, liaise with clients, evaluate scope & specifications.
• Clarification, Design & Procurement: Develop specifications, create engineering drawings using EPLAN/AutoCAD, manage documentation, develop and sign off BOMs.
• Manufacturing & Engineering: Implement redlining at Factory Acceptance Tests, assist with project queries, support installation & cold commissioning.
• Hot Commissioning & Handover: Implement redlining and provide as-built documentation.
• Managing: Maintain schedule, provide feedback, comply with procedures, raise issues early, backup documents, avoid obstructing duties.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• 3–5 years’ experience in electrical design / drafting within engineering / manufacturing.
• Technical Skills :
