Minimum Qualifications:

Strong understanding of Alliance Banking models, including BaaS, white-label platforms, and embedded financial services.

2. Financial Services & Regulatory Knowledge

Exposure to risk, compliance, and audit processes, particularly in third-party/partner environments.

3. Process Design & Optimisation

4. Data Analysis & Insights

8. Qualifications & Experience

What You'll Do:

  • Strong strategic planning skills with past experience working with C-Suites executives to build out Organizational Level Strategic Roadmaps
  • Up-to-date on latest industry trends in industry trends and best practices in data strategy and governance

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing & Design Coordinator to support the Head of Marketing in managing all aspects of digital marketing and communication. This role will involve a combination of content creation, social media management, digital strategy, and design work to promote our luxury estate. MUST HAVE LUXURY digital marketing experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Copy Editing

  • Write, review, edit, and update marketing content across various platforms.
  • Assist the creative team in designing promotional materials.
  • Bring fresh, creative ideas for future content to promote the estate.

Digital Marketing

  • Prepare and publish content on digital platforms.
  • Schedule content in alignment with global engagement strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content using SEO best practices.
  • Engage with customers on social media, respond to inquiries, and promote brand initiatives.
  • Monitor social media and website metrics to track engagement and performance.
  • Work with marketing and design teams to create visually compelling content.
  • Measure web traffic and analyze conversion rates, bounce rates, and other relevant data.
  • Develop and deliver creative social media content across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
  • Manage day-to-day handling of social media channels and content scheduling.
  • Create multimedia content (or outsource effectively) for diverse platforms.
  • Launch campaigns to promote the estates brand and engage with key influencers.
  • Conduct audience research and foster community interaction on social media platforms.
  • Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics.

Design

  • Create collateral including graphic design, logos, brochures, advertisements, and press releases using InDesign.
  • Coordinate with external design and print partners to meet production deadlines.
  • Collaborate with all departments to fulfil their design needs.

Communication & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate and manage all printed collateral across the estate.
  • Ensure monthly stock takes and maintain collateral levels.
  • Coordinate with media and handle press clippings and feature administration.
  • Assist with organizing estate photo and video shoots.
  • Help manage communications with local tourism offices, press offices, and partner organizations.
  • Organize and update estate brand information for media requests.
  • Provide ongoing support regarding brand guidelines and updates to internal departments.
  • Assist in managing the Marketing & PR diary and ensure smooth operation of marketing projects.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant qualification in Marketing / Advertising or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Previous design experience with proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Own reliable transport
  • Active on social media and knowledgeable about CMS.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in project management and strong computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong presentation skills and excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships across all departments.
  • Flexibility and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
