    Role's Mission

    We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Panel/Project Manager to join our team as a dedicated resource on the Skale 50 initiative. This role is pivotal in supporting the end-to-end execution of panel projects, ensuring seamless coordination, timely delivery, and data-driven decision-making.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage daily project activities, monitor performance metrics, deploy surveys, and train internal teams on fieldwork expectations.     Key Responsibilities

    Project Coordination & Support

    • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring panel projects.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet project timelines.
    • Maintain and update documentation, trackers, and status reports

    Data & Reporting

    • Download and analyse daily/weekly/monthly reports to assess quota achievement.
    • Compile completion report for payment of rewards
    • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Prepare presentations and summaries for project reviews.

    Sample Management

    • Create, manage, and track samples required for project execution.
    • Deployment of surveys to sample panellists.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking experiencedProject Managers to join our team and lead the delivery of projects across two main streams:

    • Construction & Infrastructure Projects – overseeing medium-to-large-scale builds with a focus on technical delivery, compliance, and stakeholder management.
    • Commercial & Fit-Out Projects – managing corporate, retail, and design-focused projects where speed, detail, and client service are key.

    The ideal candidate will have strong project leadership skills, proven industry experience, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
    • Lead cross-functional teams of contractors, consultants, and internal staff.
    • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
    • Coordinate procurement, logistics, and contract management.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental standards.
    • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular progress reporting.
    • Troubleshoot challenges and drive continuous improvement on project delivery.
    Skills & Experience
    • Relevant degree/diploma in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
    • Construction & Infrastructure stream: 5–7 years’ experience managing large-scale construction/infrastructure projects.
    • Commercial & Fit-Out stream: 3–5 years’ experience managing commercial fit-out, corporate, or retail projects.
    • Strong contractor, supplier, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication abilities.
    • Solid financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets.
    • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
    • Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) advantageous.
