As an Intermediate Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant you’ll be supporting the delivery of providing the business with ERP solutions and support. This will help us excel and provide a platform allowing people to work smart and not hard to stay ahead of the game.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Run requirements analysis and documentation.
  • Development and maintenance of system documentation.
  • Assist with implementing new setups, functionality and data migration.
  • User & Permission Management.
  • User Training.
  • Support end users with the ERP system across all subsidiaries.
  • Fault-finding on unposted transactions including integration transactions.
  • Ensure that the needs of users are met in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Support and assist with Power BI and reporting related functions.
  • Functional project analysis, requirement gathering, process mapping and design.
  • Creating quality detailed briefs for small to large projects.
  • Testing and quality control for custom functionality.
  • Ability to work alone on project related work where required.
  • Implementation and support of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Build and expand on positive client relationships while developing an understanding of our clients needs and requirements.
  • Knowledge sharing with team members.

  • Experience with delivery of end-to-end projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, post go-live support and reporting.
  • Be prepared to work in a 24/7 environment.

Desirable Skills You’ve Got Up Your Sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trends
  • Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
  • Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
  • Degree or equivalent diploma in either Information Systems, Business/Finance
  • Exceptional experience in Excel knowledge.
  • Understanding of basic financial principles
  • Understanding of usability and user experience principles in an ERP space
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Power Platform experience and certification

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Business Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining our Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations ERP system to enhance business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, resolving, and documenting complex system-related problems with system users, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the ERP system.

The individual will need to possess strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules, including Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE).

Responsibilities

As a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst at Woolpert, you will:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, aligning them with ERP system capabilities.
  • Design and propose solutions using Dynamics 365 modules, considering scalability, performance, and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., F&O and CE) and their functionalities. Experience communicating with end-users to gather requirements and translate expectations to the development team, as well as updating users on progress.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Experience analyzing cross-application dependencies, e.g., Dayforce, CE, and existing integrations.
  • Understanding of industry-specific business processes and best practices is a plus.
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, assignments, and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Accounting or financial sector experience is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience as a business analyst supporting, managing, or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) ERP system.
