Job summary

We are seeking a Linguistics Graduate (Dutch Speaker / Dutch Language) to join our team. You will engage with external customers and internal stakeholders, execute DigiCert's validation process, and analyze validation data to ensure systems meet criteria.

What you will do

  • Review application forms, validate, and submit to our technical team
  • Engage with customers via phone, chat, video, and email
  • Research and verify customer contact details
  • Identify and report customer call trends
  • Perform validation processes as per internal documentation
  • Analyze test data to meet validation criteria and troubleshoot issues
  • Coordinate validation testing schedules
  • Learn product features and gather customer requirements
  • Set validation objectives with management
  • Maintain databases for validation activities
  • Process mail correspondence

What you will have

  • Fluent in Dutch (written and verbal) with a tertiary qualification in Language Studies
  • At least 1 year experience in customer service or similar role (advantageous)
  • Experience in risk evaluation and mitigation
  • Detail-oriented, motivated, curious, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
