Relationship Building & Management

• Address customer queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Market Intelligence

Reporting and Administrative Tasks
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, and key sales activities.

Post: Credit Controller
Post Reports to: Credit Control Supervisor
Location: Head Office (Ottery, Cape Town)

1. Timely and effective collection of all debts as per Age Analysis.
2. Allocation of payments.
3. Reconciling of debtors statements.
4. Communicate to all debtors on overdue accounts.
5. Reporting (extracting information from Age Analysis).
6. Liaise professionally with external/internal stakeholders such as patients, Medical Aid Schemes, and Hospital Staff.
7. Deadline Driven.

9. High attention to detail.

11. Takes initiative.
12. Ability to handle pressure.

1. Experience in GoodX and Medemass (Elixir Live) system advantageous.
2. 2-3 years experience in a Credit Control role preferred.
