• Supervising staff, including mentoring & guiding staff to achieve relevant departmental KPI’s. Set targets and optimise productivity.

• Manage and maintain the WIP (Work In Progress) report on a daily basis
• Maintain control of all documentation at all times, ensuring that all filing is accurate and up to date
