· Control of master samples – signed off boxes for retrieval and referencing.
· Manage QC signed samples (Converted/First offs) ensuring they are properly stored and labeled correctly.
· Check artwork/dies against signed die drawings and signed artwork.
· Verify incoming finished products (buy outs).
· Check all jobs run during the shift.
· Perform offline testing on all raw material and converted products and record data onto the database.
· Analyze board and box samples.
· Analyze samples linked to customer complaints.
· Reject all non-conforming materials, in-process jobs, and completed products.
· Verify all incoming customer returns.
· Investigate quality-related returns (with production team) and supply feedback to the Quality Control Supervisor.
· Verify measuring equipment on factory floor (scales, tape measures).
· Monitor and record board material issues picked up during shifts.
· Complete customer Certificates of Conformance using the data from the QC checksheet.
· Compile Quality Reports when required.
· Assist with any other duties requested by QC Supervisor.

- Ensure that NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), NCPs (Non-Conformance Procedures), and IOs (Improvement Opportunities) are raised daily
- Ensure that all NCRs, NCPs, and IOs are closed off within the required lead times (5 working days)
- Ensure that Health and Safety standards are upheld and that all requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are adhered to
