Objectives of this role
Drive a seamless customer experience that creates positive sentiment on social media.
Develop in-depth knowledge of our offerings and provide informative support and tailored
recommendations to customers
aintain accurate records of customer interactions and steps taken to resolve issues on CRM
as per the defined process.
Responsibilities
anage customer conversations on social media (Facebook, X /Twitter, Instagram and TikTok)
espond to customer queries, complaints and complaints
nswer customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team to ensure
rapid support
roactively take steps to enhance the customer experience
hare relevant customer feedback to help continuous improvement initiatives
