They are looking for a fully remote brand performance specialist to join their fast-growing team and provide great training.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
They are looking for someone to join our Brand Performance Team (Preferably an Economics, Psychology or Mathematics graduate). You’ll have exposure to a full breadth of our client base, with new challenges every day. With real responsibility – your opinions and decisions will count! Your role will include:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Creating and optimising listings
- Identifying new opportunities
- Driving traffic through Digital Marketing Campaigns
- Crunching data and looking for insights
- Managing digital marketplace accounts across the UK, Europe, the US and further afield
- Liaising and resolving issues with Amazon
- Customer care (something really important to us!);
- Researching keywords and competitors
- Presenting to and training clients' teams

ABOUT YOU:
A 2:1 or above in a Mathematics/Economics/Psychology related degree. Experience isn’t essential, but the right attitude is absolutely essential. You will receive industry-leading training from two recognised Amazon entrepreneurs and our experienced management team, so you’ll have a chance to learn everything you need to know. What will be most important is your attitude and entrepreneurial skills.
You should:
- Have a strong analytical mind and be comfortable with numbers. Current team members include economics, mathematics, consumer psychology, and law graduates.
- Have an instinct for what makes people want to buy products online;
- Enjoy the competitive nature of selling online – our success will be objectively measured in sales rankings on Amazon and sales volumes. You should enjoy trying to do better than before;
- Be skilled at Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word – you need to know your pivot tables and =vlookups, or be sharp enough to learn them on your own;
- Use initiative and problem-solve – if issues come up, are you going to be able to use your own initiative to find a solution or will you need someone to find a solution for you? We want problem-solvers;
- Be a brand champion – you understand the value of a strong brand and will quickly get to grips with our brand world and ensure everything you do sits within it;
- Have keen interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds;

Key Responsibilities- Set up new digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

- Assist with creating presentations and conducting web research/benchmarking

While a background in digital marketing is beneficial, this role does not require you to be a digital marketing specialist. We're looking for someone who can handle data and performance reporting with precision.

Overview
An internationally recognised organisation operating across education and youth development is hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital campaign strategy and execution across global markets. With an established presence on multiple continents, this is a rare opportunity to influence marketing at scale in a business that is ambitious, fast-growing, and values innovation.
This full-time, in-office role is based in either Johannesburg . You will play a key role in driving performance across paid media, search, social, and more . You will also mentor junior marketers and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business-critical outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver impactful digital marketing strategies
- Oversee day-to-day management of paid digital campaigns across Google, META, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
- Drive a test learn and invest approach to constantly improve performance and meet key business goals
- Own campaign performance reporting and ensure alignment with marketing KPIs and business targets
- Lead campaign innovation by staying informed on the evolving performance marketing landscape
- Manage and grow a team of junior performance marketing executives
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across internal stakeholders and external partners
- Oversee campaign budgeting forecasting invoicing reconciliation and follow-up reporting
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing with strong exposure to performance channels
- Previous agency experience and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns across PPC social SEO and display
- Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset and data fluency to guide strategic decisions
- Experience working with global brands and adapting campaigns for regional markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated leadership skills including line management mentoring and training

Nxatel is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support its digital marketing and brand strategies. This role involves assisting with content creation, social media management, SEO, email marketing, event marketing, strategic partnerships, and public relations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, developing product comparison charts, and supporting pricing and product materials for sales enablement.
1. Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
- Monitor and engage with the online community and influencers to enhance brand awareness.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all platforms.
- Support execution of paid digital campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
- Assist in keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic traffic.
- Analyze and report on ad performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in crafting and scheduling email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize email performance.
- Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists.
- Assist in launching new products and features by supporting GTM strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product launches.
- Support Nxatel’s participation in industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
- Develop and execute community engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Assist in forming strategic partnerships for the Nxatel App through third-party integrations and collaborations.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders and partners.
- Assist in developing product comparison charts to highlight Nxatel’s competitive advantages.
- Support the creation of pricing sheets, brochures, and sales decks for the sales team.
- Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure accurate and compelling messaging in all marketing materials.
- Support PR tasks for the brand and directors , including drafting press releases and managing media outreach.
- Monitor and manage Nxatel’s brand reputation through public communication efforts.
- Assist in thought leadership initiatives, such as blog posts, interviews, and industry insights.
- Track and analyze website, social media, and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Zoho Analytics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or public relations.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital advertising.
- Strong research and analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.
- Experience with Zoho CRM , Zoho Campaigns, or similar marketing tools.
- Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Figma .
