Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Coordination: Create detailed project plans outlining deliverables, timelines, and key milestones. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that tasks are assigned, completed, and tracked effectively.
- ClickUp Management: Utilize ClickUp to track project progress, manage tasks, monitor timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Timeline and Task Tracking: Track deliverables and manage project timelines, ensuring that all key tasks and milestones are completed within the established deadlines.
- Collaboration with Creative & Technical Teams: Work closely with creative, development, and other relevant teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and meet client expectations.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess project workflows and processes for inefficiencies, providing recommendations and implementing improvements.
- Ad Agency Experience: Leverage experience with digital ad agencies to effectively manage campaigns, optimize resources, and provide clients with measurable results.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively find solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital advertising or marketing agency environment.
- ClickUp Proficiency: Expertise in using ClickUp for project tracking, task management, and collaboration.
- Digital Advertising Knowledge: Familiarity with digital advertising campaigns, including display ads, search ads, social media ads, etc., is highly advantageous.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain project updates, timelines, and expectations to clients and internal teams.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to juggle multiple projects, manage competing deadlines, and keep meticulous records.
- Client-Focused: Ability to understand client needs, maintain positive relationships, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and provide solutions quickly.

Responsibilities
- Manage digital projects from planning to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
- Lead client communication and regular check-ins, including retainer accounts
Coordinate internal team and external developer tasks and schedules
Attend and contribute to daily standups (10:00-10:20 AM GMT)
Perform QA checks, document bugs, and follow up on fixes
Support onboarding of new and mid-flight projects
Keep project documentation and task tracking tools updated
Recommend process improvements and better use of project tools
Step in to support other team members as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in project management, QA Lead, Scrum Master (preferably in a digital or creative agency)
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Familiarity with QA processes and project lifecycle management
Experience coordinating internal and external (offshore) teams
Proficient in Google Workspace, Trello, Slack Lists
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
Nice to Have
Experience with Agile or Waterfall workflows

ENVIRONMENT:
Be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization as the next Digital Business Solutions Project Manager sought by a dynamic Internet Service & Network Specialist. You will perform Risk Management, prepare Project presentations, and chair Weekly Project Meetings & Steering Committee Meetings while utilizing appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
DUTIES:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform Risk Management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare Project presentations and chair Weekly Project Meetings and Steering Committee Meetings.
- Display consistent energy, drive, and persistence in order to deliver results.
- Ensure the correct escalation processes are followed and that Project Sponsors & Project Owners are kept abreast of any unresolved issues or risks.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications –
- Essential Matric or Grade 12.
- Bachelor’s Degree or suitable Project Management Certification (CAPM, PMP, Prince2, or Agile Project Management).
Experience/Skills –
- Knowledge/Experience in SCRUM (Preferable Certified Scrum Master).
- At least 3 years’ experience in Project Management.
- Experience in Project Management tools such as MS Projects and Smartsheet.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
- Able to tolerate stress.
- Car and Driver’s License.
