    Requirements

    • 3–6 years' experience in social media management, executive communications, or content strategy.
    • Excellent command of written English, with strong editing and storytelling skills.
    • Proven ability to shoot, edit, and publish photo and video content independently.
    • Solid grasp of social media trends, digital platforms, and analytics tools.
    • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting quickly to changing priorities.

    Overview

    Join our dynamic team as a Paid Media Specialist and play a crucial role in driving digital commerce success for our clients. You'll leverage your 2-4 years of experience and deep understanding of paid media (SEM, Paid Social) and SEO best practices to create, manage, and optimise high-performing advertising campaigns. Working closely with clients and senior consultants, you'll ensure strategies are executed effectively and contribute to our clients' growth.

    Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) aligned with client goals.
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research and trend analysis to optimise SEM campaigns.
    • Manage and optimise Google Merchant Center for e-commerce clients.
    • Analyse campaign performance data using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Create and manage social media content calendars and campaigns.
    • Generate detailed performance reports and present findings to clients and internal teams.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and SEO.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding marketing opportunities, strategy development, and budget management.
    Examples of what you will be doing
    • Keyword analysis and trend analysis on SEM campaigns.
    • Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads setup and monitoring.
    • Google Merchant Centre optimisations and troubleshooting.
    • Monitoring and analysis using Google Suite tools. Creating social media content calendars.
    Minimum requirements
    • A relevant Bachelor's Degree in marketing
    • 2-4 years of experience in the field
    • An in-depth understanding of Google Ad Words, Google Analytics, and data analysis
    • Retail and/or B2B experience would be beneficial
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Fast-learning and ability to work under pressure
    • Strategic thinker who offers creative solutions and ideas, with the ability to translate and communicate data into actionable items
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
