Advantageous:

Role Overview: Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a driven, creative, and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that will expand our reach, elevate our brand, and drive sales conversions. This role will focus on optimizing our digital presence across SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, utilizing data-driven insights to refine campaigns and maximize performance.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Define KPIs for SEO success, including traffic, impressions, clicks, and conversion rates.

  • Create and maintain an SEO checklist of high-impact tasks to improve ranking and authority.

  • Develop content consolidation and keyword optimization plans to eliminate cannibalization and boost rankings.

  • Implement URL cleanup strategies and monitor recent Google AI updates to maintain ranking.

  • Use tools like GA4 to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.

Content Marketing & Social Media

  • Plan and execute a content strategy across blogs, social media, and website pages that aligns with SEO and brand goals.

  • Build out content campaigns that tell Talent Sam’s story and attract qualified leads.

PPC and Paid Social Campaigns

  • Develop and manage PPC and paid social campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact search terms.

  • Implement A/B testing to determine high-performing ad copy, landing pages, and other elements.

  • Optimize "buy intent" pages to increase organic ranking and conversion rates.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.

  • Use data insights to improve strategy, refine campaigns, and enhance user experience.

Client and Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

  • Build relationships with media, industry influencers, and strategic partners to amplify reach.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, and social media.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy and Execution (60%)
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve clients' search rankings and visibility
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page SEO optimisation
  • Oversee technical SEO audits and provide actionable insights to improve website performance
  • Optimize content for search engines, including blogs, landing pages, and job postings
  • Manage and improve local SEO strategies to enhance recruitment agency visibility
  • Track and analyse SEO performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Technical Setup for New Clients
  • Lead the technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth integration with digital platforms

Digital Marketing Strategy and Awareness
  • Stay up to date with all digital marketing channels, including PPC, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align SEO efforts with paid and organic strategies
  • Identify opportunities for new services or improvements to enhance client results
  • Assist teams to develop optimised campaign assets such as landing pages and email templates
  • Assist teams to upload and schedule content to both the website and social media channels
  • Assist with the development of CRM data health checks.
Commercial Awareness and Client Engagement
  • Understand the recruitment industry trends and how they impact digital marketing strategies
  • Proactively recommend marketing strategies based on client business goals and market demand
  • Engage with clients regularly, providing expert advice and support to maximize their digital success
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO
  • Expertise in technical SEO, content optimization, link-building strategies, and analytics
