- 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably in a premium, design-led or lifestyle brand environment.
- Develop and manage the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Work with our copy editor to create compelling captions and social copy aligned to our tone of voice.
- Collaborate with designers, stylists, and photographers to create visually engaging content.

- Brief, coordinate and review work with the external digital marketing agency.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content best practices.
- Experience in both organic social media and paid digital advertising (Meta and Google Ads).
- Honors degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or Strategic Communication.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing performance metrics.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior- level role that combines creativity, strategic thinking, and strong execution. You'll take ownership of our social media and email marketing strategy, manage day-to-day content and campaigns, collaborate across teams, and deliver tangible results in brand awareness, engagement, and online sales.
Proficiency in Klaviyo is essential- especially in building flows, segmentation, and analytics reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Social Media Management
- Lead content strategy & execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook,Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Manage a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, product drops, and key retail dates.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content that builds community, brand affinity, and drives sales.
- Source and manage content creators, UGC, and affiliate partnerships.
- Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and audience insights.
B. Email Marketing (via Klaviyo)
- Manage & build all campaign & automated flows in Klaviyo.
- Segment lists, manage email health, & A/B test content for conversion optimisation.
- Monitor & report on key email KPIs: Open rates, CTR, Revenue & Growth KPIs.
C. Paid Social Media
- Manage, Plan, & optimise paid social media campaigns (META Ads, TikTok Ads, etc) to drive conversation, traffic and engagement.
- Manage budgets effectively, & return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with design team on paid ad assets and develop creative briefs.
D. Reporting & Analytics
- Track performance across all channels & campaigns - Social, Email & Paid.
- Provide regular strategic recommendations & regular reports with insights.
- Use data to drive continuous content refinement & improvement.
E. Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Manage the marketing intern/ assistant as needed.
- Ensure marketing execution is on time & consistently on - brand.
- Liaise with team to ensure alignment across all digital touch points.
- Report directly to Director/ Founder, works closely with other departments to ensure cohesive brand execution.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3+ years in a digital marketing/ social media management role.
- Strong experience managing Instagram & TikTok for consumer- facing brands.
- Proficient in Klaviyo: segmentation, reporting & email flows.
- Experience running paid social media ads- TikTok Ads, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Solid copywriting skills, campaign execution skills & content planning.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, and other content design/ editing platforms.
- Strong understanding of email & social analytics, ROI tracking & audience growth.
