Role Overview: We are seeking a smart, vibrant and detail-oriented Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our Executive office in both professional and personal capacities. This is a hands-on role suited to a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, work diligently and build strong rapport with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments and travel.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Executive and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports and briefing materials.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Personal Support: Assist with personal appointments and errands; coordinate personal travel arrangements; manage personal expenses and invoices.
  • Liaise with service providers and vendors; support planning of personal engagements and events.
  • General Administration: Organise digital and physical filing systems; manage calls, emails and correspondence; track deadlines and priorities; provide ad hoc support across both personal and professional spheres.
  • Media & On-Site Support: Liaise with stakeholders regarding media shoots and video production; work closely with the hiring crew and assist during shoots; provide on-site support including carrying equipment and coordinating logistics.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum requirement: Matric (Grade 12).
  • Preferred: A diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Office Management or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, travel coordination platforms and basic project-management tools.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Administrative Support).
  • Experience supporting senior executives or working in fast-paced environments is highly advantageous.
  • Exposure to media production environments or on-site coordination is a plus.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
