- Brand & product marketing – work with marketing leads and product owners to build stronger brands and drive relevant and impactful product marketing campaigns
- Creative development and reviews – responsible for driving all creative outputs
- Conceptual thinking – You’re able to solve problems creatively and drive better conceptual thinking across all creative disciplines
- Creative excellence – work to deliver the best on-brand creative result and ensure consistency over time
- Creative workflow processes – Optimise or strengthen existing workflow processes to ensure campaign deadlines are met
- Production – Assist with production management for relevant campaigns
- Media strategy – Contribute to media strategy, planning and best practice across all campaigns
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience working in the creative advertising/marketing space
- 3+ years managing creative teams
- 3+ years managing creative marketing outputs
- Conceptual creative development across design/art direction, copy and content
- Creative thinking and development across media channels and platforms
- Experience working in an advertising agency
Required Knowledge / Technical Skills:
- Creative brand strategy/ copywriting/ art direction or design background (but, must be able to consider all of these)
- Working with project management tools like Slack and Asana
Advantageous Experience:
- Experience working with and/or in a fintech business
- Experience working with or in retail
- Experience developing brand-led campaigns
- Media strategy and planning
- Production experience
- Studio and workflow management
- Digital marketing best practice
- Working with mass/main market brands
