Title and Summary

Advisors Creative Desk - Project Manager Overview
The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. Marketing Services is the team within D&S that develops and executes the marketing programs that help our clients achieve their marketing goals. The Advisors Creative Desk sits within D&S and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.

As Creative Desk Project Manager you must have a passion for managing production resource planning for marketing communications and ensuring optimal efficient management of the Creative Desk capability. You will have a creative flair, relish working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple project deliverables. You will have solid people management and communication skills and have strong resourcing skills. A keen interest in identifying and implementing business improvement initiative along with ensuring the smooth onboarding of new team member

Role
• Working closely with Creative Desk Project Manager and the Production leads to ensure end-to-end development and delivery of campaigns for assigned customers. Main region: Middle East & Africa
• Maintain rigorous adherence of the Creative Desk in their use of resource management and project management platforms, such as monday.com , Salesforce and Aprimo
• Overall responsibility for the production of communications material on time and to budget by sound resource planning and management
• Co-ordinating the resourcing of project from initial stages through to delivery
• Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables
• Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required
• Managing campaign resources and updating key stakeholders on requirements and supply
• Manage vendors and any required SOWs and PO requirements
• Support Regional Creative Desk lead on business reporting
• Building effective relationships with key departments across the D&S and Mastercard business, such as Sourcing, Finance, Legal, Compliance and the broader Advisors Client Services team

All About You
• Proven project and account management experience
• Experience with end to end high volume traffic projects
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stackholders
• Adept at briefing creative teams and reporting into clients
• Skilled at working under pressure
• Bachelor degree qualified, with post graduate qualifications in creative or digital marketing
Language: fluency in English required. Local languages: Portuguese and any fluency on region languages (UK, Nordics & Baltics and Benelux) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and design of dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Drive innovative content creation and ideation to advance the brand. Oversee project management, toolkit organization, and file-sharing processes for efficient team delivery. Coordinate with internal and external vendors, suppliers, and printers to ensure smooth production workflows. Supervise reproduction, printing, proofing, and quality control of all creative outputs. Translate briefs into compelling creative strategies and executions. Ensure all creative work aligns with brand positioning, tone, and visual guidelines. Manage project deadlines and deliver projects on time. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior designers and interns. Take initiative and assume additional responsibilities in the absence of the Line Manager. Present creative concepts and solutions to stakeholders and team members, incorporating feedback effectively. Qualifications & Experience 5-8 years of experience as a Creative Director or Senior Creative Manager. At least 5 years in a creative management or leadership role. Relevant Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent. Experience in photography, videography, and video editing. Hands-on experience with photo shoot production and art direction. Experience in animation and motion design is advantageous. Skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and multitasking ability. Deep understanding of production processes, typography, and design thinking. Knowledge of print and digital content production. Understanding of digital principles and content creation for social media. Awareness of industry trends, including AI technologies. Proficiency in Apple Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Midjourney, Chat GPT, Adobe Firefly, Kling AI, Runway). Strong communication, layout, and composition skills. Creative thinking and ability to critique constructively. High level of creativity and innovation. Behaviours Fosters innovation and creativity.
