Where You'll Make a Difference
- Manage Go-To-Market Projects and implement innovative fragrance development strategies
- Connect market, customer and consumer needs to identify, develop and/or recommend competitive product solutions to drive business results
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (perfumers, technical, CI/marketing) to uncover challenges and opportunities and develop new fragrance solutions and capabilities
- Develop creative strategies according to Holistic Scent Design principles
- Consumer Insights strategy: define what to learn from consumers to gain competitive advantage and build winning consumer relevant solutions
- Manage the execution of the olfactive strategy by providing creative direction and olfactive guidance to perfumers to stimulate creative exploration and differentiation
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with (internal) stakeholders and gain their trust and respect
- Communicate and maintain awareness on market developments and competitive insights and actively share knowledge with other parts of the organization

You would assist with content creation and delivery of digital and fashion projects. Your typical day would be spent working alongside our Fashion Director, at the StyleSociety HQ’s, styling, sourcing, mood boarding, brainstorming, planning and implementing marketing strategies for social and events. Be prepared for some office administration and personal assistant duties as well.
