Northwest Colorado Health is seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to deliver high-quality healthcare. Since 2008, we have provided primary healthcare to residents. Currently, you will join a healthcare organization with a staff of 11 providers at four locations, delivering primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care to over 5,500 patients. We have high expectations for you as a Registered Dental Hygienist. You should:

• Participate in implementing dental services at the Community Health Center and practice dental hygiene clinically.
• Integrate oral health care into the comprehensive, team-based care delivery system within the CHC and community.
• Provide direct patient care, including periodontal scaling and root planning, maintenance procedures, prophylaxis, screenings, radiographs, sealant and fluoride applications, anesthetic delivery, oral cancer screenings, hygiene education, and oral evaluations and counseling with primary caregivers of children under three.
• Make appropriate referrals to outside dental providers for comprehensive care beyond your scope.
• Provide feedback and insights to help Northwest Colorado Health improve continuously.

We offer a salary aligned with Colorado market values, based on experience. Renken Dentistry is looking for a growth-minded individual to add to our Dripping Springs, TX office. Our general practices offer appointments in specialized fields of dentistry including Invisalign, prosthodontics, botox, sleep dentistry, and more!

The Position

We’re looking for a team member who has a team-oriented disposition, a growth mindset, and excellent communication skills to add to our practice. This team member should have an active BLS certification and a Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license.

This position will:

• Prepare the patient for their dental appointment by warm welcome and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit.
• Review patients’ health history and promote dental health by completing dental prophylaxis and teaching appropriate oral hygiene techniques.
• Be an advocate for the patient by helping them through their fears, anxiety, and discomfort.

Practice Location

This position will be held at our Renken Dentistry of Belterra office in Dripping Springs, TX. Full-time (35-40 hours/week) and part-time employment is available.

Office Hours:

• Monday- 8:00am-5:00pm
• Tuesday- 7:00am-6:00pm
• Thursday- 7:00am-6:00pm
• Friday- 8:00am-1:00pm
