Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source and sign-up new dealerships.
- Service existing dealerships by building long term relationships and assisting them with getting the best stock.
- Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Liaise with multiple departments effectively to get the correct information to clients.
- Ensure that administrative duties are accurate and timely.
- Solve complex problems through teamwork and creativity.
- Ensure that all company guidelines are followed by clients.
- Work together in a team to reach targets.
- Ensure individual targets are met daily as set out by management.
- Ensure that excellent customer service is given to each client to maintain high CSI ratings.
- Follow company communication and administrative procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in retentions / customer service / sales / customer service
- Excellent Administration Skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team and on their own
- Problem solving abilities
- Must work well under pressure
- A clear and friendly telephone voice
- A target driven attitude
- Must have own reliable transport
- Successful candidates must be available to take calls and work remotely outside offices hours
- Grade 12 Certificate or similar minimum qualification a requirement

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed quarter sales targets & goals as set yearly by Management. This includes existing client base and finding new business.
2. Customer Liaison: Maintain positive business relationships with customers, handle difficult clients, check client buying history to maintain current business, do cold calling for new business.
3. Customer Problems: Know products in order to resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports/solutions; making recommendations to management.
4. Sales Branches: Monitoring of branch sales and orders. Making sure branches have the means of reaching their monthly goals and bring to "higher management" attention any shortfalls of major problems within the sales field.
5. Sales Calling & Activity Reporting: Keeps management informed by submitting activity, results and reports, such as daily call reports, weekly planning and monthly/quarter sales analyses and client feed backs.
6. Sales Meeting: Attend/dial in to weekly sales meeting, discuss existing business and new clients. Check notes from previous meetings and check progress made on any issues/new sales / ideas etc. Submit planning for the following week.
Additional Requirements
1. Reside: Within a 30min radius from the office located in Somerset West, Cape Town.
2. Age: 40 to 60.
3. Transport: Own reliable vehicle that can carry up to 15 boxes of stock.
4. Language: English & Afrikaans
5. Attire: Neatly dressed, well groomed, clean nails, shoes etc.
6. Experience: Must have sales background, especially cold calling and telephone sales. Problem solver, team worker (especially with female authority).
