About the Role
Youll be responsible for ensuring the security, integrity, and recoverability of digital assets both for our client and their customers using technologies such as Dell Data Protection, Veeam, Microsoft, and Druva. This role blends technical execution with compliance, operational excellence, and disaster recovery.
What Youll Do
Design & implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise data protection operations
Align backup solutions with compliance and regulatory needs
Collaborate with infrastructure teams and vendors
Provide training and support to users
Document procedures and generate system reports
Requirements
5+ years of experience in data protection and backup technologies
Strong proficiency in Dell Data Protection, Veeam & Druva
Familiar with HCI, VMware & enterprise storage
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., Veeam Certified Engineer, Druva, Dell)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
