Minimum Qualifications
  • Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree (Statistics, Actuarial, SQL, Data Science)

  • 5+ years' experience within required field
  • Organisational and planning skills, being able to prioritise workload.

We're looking for a
Senior Data Intelligence Consultant
to lead complex, high-impact primary data projects across Africa and the Young World. You'll manage end-to-end research engagements, guide technical execution, and contribute to the growth of our internal data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Client Leadership

  • Lead project management: budgeting, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation

Technical Execution

ROLE DESCRIPTION


We are seeking a dedicated Senior Associate to join our innovative team. The Senior Associate will be responsible for leading primary data collection projects and supporting our broader mission of advancing data intelligence capabilities across Genesis. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in managing large-scale primary data collection including client relationship management, study design, fieldwork methodology, data collection instrument design and digitisation, fieldwork management, data management and quality assurance, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:


Project and Client Leadership:
